1 kg Chicken
1 tsp fennel seed
1. Take a pan, put some oil in it, then marinate the chicken with cornflour and salt, add 3 tbsp chili powder, mix well and deep fry the marinated chicken.
2. Heat the oil in the pan, saute with ginger, garlic, and green chili, then add the 1 tbsp chili powder, chili sauce, tomato sauce, and water in it.
3. When the water starts to boil add the fried marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
4. Finally add the onion, capsicum, soya sauce and cook until the gravy is thicker.
serve hot with warm rice.
