Oreo Pancakes
Today we make this delicious Oreo Pancakes. I have to says this is a win win recipe for both; toddlers and adults. We enjoy our dessert breakfast today very much. Even our little boy had 3 slices. Sometimes back I invited her to do a guest post for me. She's indeed have a very wide selection of recipes and really wanted to try most of it. Anyway, back to our delicious Oreo Pancakes. I just gotta share this amazing recipe! Its so fluffy and soft.
You can sprinkle with dusting sugar and drizzle some chocolate syrup. We made our own chocolate syrup, it's exactly like the store bought. After all its a classic chocolate syrup, we'll share the recipe on a different post. Stay tuned.
1+1/2 cups Flour
2 cups Milk
1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking powder
3 nos Eggs
1/4 cup Melted butter
1 packet Oreo biscuits
1/2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl stir together sugar, flour,baking powder and salt.
Add eggs and milk.
Beat with an electric mixer until blended. Batter will be very thin.
Meanwhile break the Oreo biscuits into small bites. Keep aside 5-6 number of biscuits.
Add in the broken Oreo biscuits and the melted butter into the batter.
Grease a round baking pan.
Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Cut as wedges and serve with your favourite sauce.
